Ian Gallagher
Ian Gallagher is an artist currently living in Kingston, NY. He received a BFA in painting and drawing from SUNY New Paltz in 2012 and most recently, he graduated from Stony Brook University, Southampton, with a master’s degree in occupational therapy. Ian’s paintings have been featured in the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art and Barbed Magazine, and he has exhibited and performed at various galleries, venues, and DIY spaces within NYC and the Hudson Valley.
His most recent series include allegorical paintings based on Temperance the virtue, examining the relationship between balance and desire set in a verdant world.
